  • Clients are responsible for protecting personal property during construction

  • Clients must provide safe access to work areas


10. Permits and Approvals

10.1 Permit Responsibilities

  • We will obtain required building permits unless otherwise specified

  • Permit costs are typically included in project pricing

  • Clients are responsible for HOA approvals and special district requirements

10.2 Inspection Requirements

  • All work subject to municipal inspections will be scheduled appropriately

  • Failed inspections due to code changes will be addressed at no additional cost

  • Failed inspections due to client changes may incur additional costs


11. Safety and Site Conditions

11.1 Safety Protocols

  • All workers follow OSHA safety standards

  • Personal protective equipment is required on job sites

  • Safety incidents will be reported as required by law

11.2 Site Access

  • Clients must provide reasonable access to work areas

  • Utility locations must be marked before excavation

  • Pets and children should be kept away from active work areas


12. Vendor and Subcontractor Network

12.1 Vendor Relationships

  • We maintain relationships with licensed and insured subcontractors

  • All vendors in our network meet our quality and safety standards

  • We coordinate all vendor activities on projects

12.2 Vendor Applications

  • Contractors interested in joining our network must complete our application process

  • All vendors must maintain required licenses and insurance

  • We reserve the right to remove vendors from our network for cause


13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Texas Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts with jurisdiction over Dallas County.

13.2 Mediation

Before pursuing litigation, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation with a qualified mediator in Dallas, Texas.

13.3 Construction Disputes

Construction-related disputes may be subject to Texas construction law procedures, including:

  • Preliminary notice requirements

  • Lien rights and procedures

  • Statutory deadlines for claims


14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters and severe weather

  • Labor disputes or strikes

  • Public health emergencies


15. Intellectual Property

15.1 Plans and Designs

  • Custom plans and designs remain our intellectual property unless transferred by written agreement

  • Clients receive a license to use plans for the specific project

  • Plans may not be used for additional projects without permission

16. Privacy and Data Protection

17. Termination

17.1 Termination by Client

  • Clients may terminate contracts with written notice

  • Termination may result in cancellation fees and payment for work completed

  • Materials ordered specifically for the project become client responsibility

17.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate contracts for:

  • Non-payment

  • Breach of contract terms

  • Unsafe site conditions

  • Client interference with work


18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


19. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may only be modified by written agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to update these terms with notice posted on our website.


20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any written project contracts and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
